Let’s do saganing together

 Hi guys! I have already told you about my favourite sportsman, Peter Sagan and I would like to share with you how do I cheer now. Well… actually I discovered much better term for this- I am saganning and I am ready to tell you more about the way how to do it.

It’s pretty easy, all you have to do is to listen carefully and you might get some inspiration here 😉

Usually, I wear Peter‘s dress during the race day, then I try to ride on my bike and trust me- I am trying really hard because I want to become a great cyclist like him. For this reason, I‘m going to attend my first race this year at Peter Sagan Kids Tour!

But let’s get back to saganing 🙂

I put my TV on and I am patiently waiting…. When I spot him, I start to jump all over the living room and I scream as louad as I can: „Go, Peter, Go!“ Among the activities like screaming and jumping I always drink my favourite energy drink from his cycling bottle to get enough power for saganing. Last, but no least, I paint him some nice picture because I really really want Peter to know that I do cross my fingers for him!

Recipe for my favorite Energy drink

Energy drink recept

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • Ripe mango and banana
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 spoon *sunroot syrup natural

In a blender combine all ingredients and blend untill smooth. Pour in a glass and serve. Enjoy 😉
